In my head: if Discord won I could see Rarity becoming an obsessed treasure hunter. Applejack is a corrupt sheriff. Fluttershy is a witch that lives in the Everfree forest and sacrifices animals. Rainbow Dash leads a resistance and then betrays it. Pinkie Pie goes crazy (of course) and Twilight locks herself away deep in the Canterlot archives, full of regrets.
Well this got dark pretty quickly!
Not to worry though, after I do the discorded mane 6 it's back to business ^_^
